VerseCon Day 1 Was A Success

Day 1 of VerseCon Summer ’26 is officially in the books, and the energy throughout the building was exactly what we hoped for.

Thank you to everyone who came through, supported the vendors, met our guests, attended panels, showed off their cosplay, played games, took photos, and spent the day experiencing everything VerseCon had to offer. Seeing so many different parts of the community under one roof made the first day something special.

This year, we wanted to give attendees more to do and more ways to experience VerseCon, and Day 1 gave everyone their first look at some of those new additions. We expanded the convention with more interactive experiences, gaming, new panels and programming, photo opportunities, cosplay activities, and additional spaces to explore throughout the event.

It was important for us to continue evolving VerseCon beyond just a place to shop and meet guests. We want it to be a convention where you can walk in and find something happening throughout the entire day, whether you’re into comics, anime, cosplay, gaming, collectibles, or just being around people who love the same things you do.

And we’re not finished yet.

Day 2 is up next, and there’s still plenty more VerseCon to experience. If you came out Saturday, thank you for helping us kick off the weekend the right way. If you haven’t made it out yet, Sunday is your chance.
