Mike Parish, known to many as Cautious, is one of the most intelligent and disciplined figures in the Impound Comics universe. Originally from Fresno, California, he once served as the lead commander of the U.S. Wolf Core before becoming a special agent for F.I.L.E. (Federal & International Law Enforcement).

Recognized as the greatest tactician in the world, Mike’s life changed forever after an involuntary government operation that infused his body with synthetic muscles—enhancing his strength, speed, and endurance beyond human limits. The same procedure granted him the ability to download information directly into his brain, making him the ultimate strategist and weapon.

Though the experiment was done against his will, Mike Parish uses his advanced intellect and abilities to complete dangerous missions for F.I.L.E., always thinking ten steps ahead of his enemies. A soldier of precision and purpose, he’s proof that control and intellect can be more powerful than any superpower.
