Giovanni Grimes—known across the Impound Universe as Blasted, is a young demi-god with powers unlike anything the world has seen. Born to a human mother in Stockton, California, Giovanni is the son of Acat, the Mayan deity of tattooing and writing. His divine lineage grants him Melanokinesis, the ability to command and weaponize ink with incredible precision. From solid constructs to fluid, shifting forms, his ink-based abilities make his fighting style as creative as it is deadly.

Despite his supernatural heritage, Giovanni’s life is far from simple. At just 19, he’s balancing college classes, DJ gigs, and the pressure of living up to expectations set by ancient gods he barely understands. With limited guidance, he’s forced to find his own way—training as a Kali Warrior while trying to navigate a destiny he never asked for.
